St. Patty’s Day Dessert

On March 4th, we had the privilege of being one of the caterers creating a dish for the York St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee’s “There’s Guinness In It” fund raising event. If you missed the event, it was a great time!  You can read about it in a previous post here.

Our dessert (which needed to contain Guinness) was a sticky toffee pudding with Guinness ice cream & foam.

We decided to put it on the menu at Accomac Inn  in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day! If you haven’t tried it, there is still time.
