Fine Living Lancaster Magazine Issue 16 was just released this week! Be sure to pick up your copy at affiliate locations (including us!) We are so thrilled to have been able to host 101 The Rose Breakfast Club for Dinner. You can read about their experience in the article, “Dinner with the Breakfast Club” on page 74.

Also, Chef André and Zach are pictured in the “Food Fights” section. Read about Chef André’s creations with the special ingredient- pear! Here is the recipe, as promised, for the featured Pear Thyme Cosmo that Zach created.

Pear Thyme Cosmo:

2 oz. grey goose pear

1 oz. white cranberry juice

.25 oz.  simple syrup muddled with thyme

shake over ice and serve straight up.
